Changes the sirens used in the Hard mode win screen.
(Hopefully) fixes an issue with certain settings not being on by default.
If y'all encounter any other issues please let us know.

The Redman's design has always thrown me off for years. For the longest time I thought he was constantly facing the right (his left) due to his abstract head-shape. It wasn't 'till ONaF 3 where I realized "wait, that's just how his head looks?"
Yes, TC2 is still alive dw. RADSLA's been busy with stuff and I simply REFUSE to rush him in any capacity. I do apologize for the lack of updates but not much I can do when I myself am playing the waiting game. Hope y'all understand, RADSLA's cooking. :)
