Patch 5.3.0

Phew...I didn't think that so many bugs were left unnoticed when I released the game. Thank you to everyone reporting those to me. I apologize for taking so long. My work schedule is back and my time for the game is therefore limited...


Patch Notes 5.3.0

  • Fixed an issue causing the QTE Timer Sound to not be in sync with the bad ending's QTE Lengths.

  • The Neutral Endings now use a more sadder theme

  • The Hiding Sequence in the Abandoned House now fails with every movement before it is succeeded

  • Lessened the volume of the jumpscares in the Boss Rush Mode

  • Ben's house is no longer accessible during Day 3 after the Tails Doll-Glitch is executed and the Sonic.exe Chase is passed

  • Removed the unnecessary event of the Ben Hologram in his room. (Because it's a glitch even if Ben said otherwise...)

  • Fixed a softlock caused in the Pokemon Tower Chase if failing the QTE to reach for Ben when caught by Ghost

  • Fixed a softlock when Ben was already wounded fatally by Buried Alive, failed the last QTE of his segment but succeeded afterwards

  • Fixed a softlock when Ben failed the mentioned QTE and you weren't trapped by Ghost

  • Mephi now says different lines when talking to him when going towards the theater

  • Dialogues on and after Day 5 are now adjusted to reflect Ben's missing glasses.

  • Fixed a softlock if Sally was held up by Sonic.exe while Ben managed to evade Eyeless Jack 3 times.

  • Fixed another softlock if Sally didn't manage to rescue Ben, when he was cornered by Eyeless Jack

  • Ben no longer talks with his father on Day 7 when dead (Dead people don't live to tell the tale, right?)

  • Sally no longer talks with the SCP Group in the Forest House when dead

  • Sally now returns Ben's glasses in the Healed Ending

  • Samira now reacts to Sally's or Ben's Death on Day 7

  • The Channel 666-Computer is no longer accessible on Day 7

  • The ending events of Day 3 and starting events of Day 4 are now automatically triggered instead of manually to avoid them being missed.

  • Fixed an issue causing the QTE Warning to not be displayed properly when you fail to reach the ledge in the Pokemon Tower while trapped by Ghost

  • Fixed an issue causing Sally to get stuck in the Eyeless Jack QTE Sequence when warnings were disabled

  • Fixed an issue causing the trophy sound to be delayed after the first encounter with Buried Alive and Ghost

  • Fixed an issue causing Sally to address you as male, when you were a coward earlier and Ben either escaped or died in the Sonic.exe Chase

  • You are no longer able to exit your house after Day 3 or 4's events until the following day
