Patch Notes For 0.2
Added two levels, Level 3 and Rush Hour (Level 4)
Added a game over screen.
Note: The game over screen makes you restart the entire game and sends you back to the tutorial.
Note: I could only go up to level 4 because errors and stuff.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
