East vs West; giant folkloric figures, one a giant man with a bigger heart and the other a giant yokai that doesn't seem to really care about people, who thanks to their immense size have shaped the lands they reside in (Japan and the US) and have formed various landmarks as they are today (The Daidarabotchi forming places like Mount Fiji, the Senba Lake, technically Mount Tsukuba, etc., and Paul Bunyan forming the Grand Canyon, the Grand Teton Mountains, the 10,000 Lakes, etc.).
