An art piece I did recently that I was too proud not to show here, since it really puts Pep in a warming light.
That sun there, that is host to my first use of a lens flare filter since 2010, it represents this games final patch. It won’t be anything super big, basically there’s a few things I wanted to do that I didn’t have time for in the rush to get this released, but overall I still think this might genuinely be one of my most complete and well polished games, with absolutely awesome writing. For this reason, very little does demand change, one thing that is almost complete is an update to battle sprites, that if it weren’t for several unfortunate hiccups the CCC’s spriter had right on the final countdown, would have likely made it to the current release.
Secondly will be the completion of the OST, I gave my composer an absolutely MONSTROUS work order to have done by the time, so more than understandably, he didn’t get all of it quite done, I had prepared for this possibility. Thanks go to Kevin MacLeod for making so much open source music, and also to my friend Max M. Dominora for making two pieces I could use as placeholders.
Lastly, there’s more I intend to add to the ending, if you think of anyway the ending may be largely improved, I’d love to hear suggestions! If I like what you suggest and it can work in the current continuum of the context and time, I’ll not only likely implement it, but give you mad props in the special thanks of the credits.
