My favorite character is Frisk. I guess that she is good version of Mary Sue. Frisk can revive herself and survive in dangerous situations. In Pacifist Route she finds a common language with Asriel. He breaks the Barrier. She is hero.

My favorite memory is familiarity with UnderTale. I used to read an article about RPG without obligatory murders. UnderTale is one of that games. Curiosity forced me to install UnderTale. Now it is my favorite game.
