Тест абилки рероллов времени стана.

При нажатии на кнопку выдается рандом время стана от 0.3с до 5-6с и полученная "сила" выдается только на одну атаку. После атаки время стана возвращается к самому минимальному (спасибо за помощь @Lavkasf - тег в тг)
