- Before i start...Android port, will it happen?
That's a question i've been receiving over and over again.
//For a short answer, I don't plan on releasing a Android port.
//For a long answer, it has already been a bit tricky trying to optimize the game for PC users, thanks to my lack of programing experience, and now then having to optimize the game for running in Android devices + add touching features would've be something that i yet have no knowledge on. It doesn't mean that i couldn't do something in the future, even if the game loses track and attention, but right now, it's out of my reach.
With that being said, time to share thoughts!
First of all, thank you all SO MUCH for the almost 100 followers! I never imaginated i'd gain such support for a game that could've been easily went off radar from all those other amazing FNaF fangames out there, you guys really impressed me!
Now, would that mean a sequel would happen? With all my honesty, I have no idea.
Mr. Snickers, like Flumpty, came off as an idea with my friends about doing a fangame about ONaF, we were completely charmed with the unique style Jonochrome has took FNaF into, and we thought doing our little thing would've also been fun.
- Why did it take 4-5 years to be released?!
Haha i know, they say the longer it takes to be made, the better the result will be, but in fact, this game has been marked by thousand and thousand of massive breaks/lose of inspiration periods.
I had Mr. Snickers idea around Flumpty's 2's release, but at that time, i had zero programing skills, neither the program itself to make the game, and i also had no one to help me on drawing the game's graphics, so it all has been just a small dream with small possibilities of happening.
The years has passed, and around 1-2 years ago, my friend told me she'd help me on the graphics, which got me a little bit inspired again, and had me finish the game's main night in matter of weeks, since i've been gaining knowledge over the months.
And after that, all i had to do was add a 6 AM screen, and the credits screen, but i decided to take a break before doing so, in which resulted in a massive break period.
Then, Flumpty's 3 happened, and that's where i got my inspiration back again, and i was ready to release the game until i stared a bit into the game's current graphics...and i wasn't quite satisfied, i always knew i'd never match Jon's unique charm, but i thought i could do a better version of itself, which is when i decided to re-do ALL of the game's graphics by myself, and that alone took 1 whole month.
I know it's still ain't much to look at, but i think we can agree it would've looked much worse if i didn't take my time to re-draw everything right?
The character's textures also been re-done, much better, don't you think?
Now, if a sequel were to happen, of course the first thing i would want to improve would be the graphics, though the problem remains the same as before: No one to take the graphic designer role.
Now if someone casually called you out for helping on the sequel?
That probably ain't happening, no one would waste their times working on a tomato who worships an egg. But if someone, say, either my friend i mentioned earlier, or hell, even the creator of ONaF 4 fan-made were to hit me up with the idea, honestly? I'd be down for it, but don't get your hopes up, neither spam them for attention, it's pretty annoying.
Fun Facts
-//Few of the character's jumpscare sounds actually comes from the animals they are! (Gary's base sound is a penguin noise, The Elephant's base sound is a Elephant yelling and Matoi's base sound is the exact same from when he becomes active)
-//The "Here lies: Music Box" furniture in CAM 12 is a reference to a removed mechanic from early builds of the game, which is the same Music Box ontop of the furniture.

-//In CAM 5, there is a poster of Music Man saying "Pain Man, i am in constant pain", which is a reference to a meme created by a friends group i was once in (they were the main dudes involved in FNaF World - Multiplayer Edition)
--------------------/-----/--------------------
-//During the re-drawing period, few character's mechanics has been changed:
/Snickers before: Close the door when you hear him
/Gary before: Press the big button on the right side to make him go away
/Elephant before: Shine your flashlight at him when he arrives on the vent
/Waterwoman before: Turn on the music box when she is prone to attack

-//Matoi's very respectful speech that randomly plays throughout the night was a funny voice recording my friend did, in which i edited a bit, making him Matoi's voice actor.

Oh man, that's been a ride! If you're here reading the end, thank you so much for letting me share this experience with you!
For now, i'll be focusing on my YouTube channel (DoctorMario Primeus), and on a sequel of another game of mine (A Science's Failure), so i hope you can support those!
As for the future of Mr. Snickers, we'll see what the disciple might have in store for us.
