Pretty much a Puff-shroom but on the water

Originally i was going to do Tangle-Kelp but tbh i don't think i'll make Tangle-Kelp as it has a rather difficult design to do that's more difficult to make a model of than Torchwood or Grave-Buster. so instead i decided to do the sea-shroom as it's rather adorable ^^
