To sum up what I can remember about it, it's a song where a man lives in a happy and perfect neighborhood where everyone is happy and at the end of the song, the man has a mental breakdown because he realizes that the neighborhood he lives in is either a lie or he's taking happy pills and/or some sort of happiness drug.

The tune of the song is catchy and upbeat and when the man starts to see the truth, the tune distorts before it switches back to the upbeat tune when he starts to be in denial.

And everyone else in the neighborhood is oblivious to it all except for the main man/character that the main singer is singing as.
