Dear shipmates,
From time to time we receive reports of users not being able to start Floating Sandbox anymore, either after an upgrade or after not playing the game for some time.
In many cases this is the result of users being a bit "too liberal" in moving files around, but in a few cases this is the result of a legitimate bug that might be affecting the Floating Sandbox installation.
In case you experience this issue again - i.e. Floating Sandbox refusing to start with some cryptic error message - please do the following:
1) Zip the content of the game folder - usually this is "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\Floating Sandbox"
2) Zip the content of the game's *settings* folder - usually this is "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Floating Sandbox"
3) Send us a private friend request, so we may coordinate the transfer of the two ZIP files
