Little fun fact(s?) about my game or something, the gods in my game do not have any private parts. Their body is completely smooth. Not even having a belly button. Makes sense - since they were never born. They also dont need to reproduce either, since their lives have no end. Which explains why they dont have any genitals.
Why does kazuki have a belly button in his ref sheet? Its simply because he chose to have one, since (so far) hes the only god with the ability to shapeshift and change his body however he likes to. His fascination with humans is the main reason for his decision. I wont reveal more now, but i hope the way i phrased this made sense ^_^
