Which type of sprites do you prefer and would like to see predominantly in the game (examples above)


pros of close up:

WAY more detail, better faces, nice for serious encounters in story, easier to change faces

cons of close up:

less posing and that's about it + me having to redraw a few more characters but that's not an issue im doing this really fast anyway

pros of far away:

more posing, more clear view of outfits, nice scaling of just how big characters are side by side, fit into background, ive already drawn all characters in this manner, good for funny bits with the hand gestures and posture

cons of far away:

bad detail, older sprites, can look stiff in serious conversations and not hit as hard in dialogue as having their faces right in front of you
