Some changes pertain to the dialogue, such as shown in the image above, and images below.

An example is with Pudgy's dialogue, where Golf Ball says "We cannot afford to suffer a third corrupted contestant!" in the ZDA Build, meanwhile that line is omitted from the final release, alongside several others.

Others changes are visual. In Pudgy, Gelatin can be seen in the background using his freeze juice on the corrupted contestants. In the ZDA Build, the order of appearance is: Cloudy, Lightning, Taco, and 8-Ball.

However, in the final build, the order of appearance is instead: Bell, Lightning, and Taco.

8-Ball might have been removed for better continuity, since he is seen in the EXIT in Exited.
