They’re the 6th and 7th eldest children/daughters of Sonic and Catherine. They may be identical twins but like different things like for example, Helen is pursuing to become a detective and Cindy studied to become a lawyer and a court judge. When it comes to the Penguins(Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private) courting their eldest sisters, the Pengtuplets, the six got along so well, especially their mischievous actions. Helen is older than her sister by five minutes.
