“Hello staff,

It is with great pleasure to announce our theatre is almost completed and I want to thank everyone here at Dorgy’s Theatre for making it happen. Before we open for good, we need to finish off a few things and touch up on preparations.

We’ve recently noticed that Dorgy, Santiago and Max are currently unresponsive to our music testing. Even if Santiago isn’t responsive, our priority is to ensure Dorgy and Max are fixed up for opening night. Grace and Harry, you will need them both up and ready by the end of the week.

Also Paul, make sure all electrical components are connected in time for later testing. Miss Pinky and Santiago are our only non-moving animatronics and we don’t want them freaking out anytime soon.

Lastly, we are planning to set up sessions with test audiences once our animatronics are ready. They will give us feedback on current song selections, please let us know if you want to join in!

We are close to finishing up. Ever so close. Be prepared to make history.
