I found this game from @Aimin . I watched the full video and learned that Joe M. is… well, how do I put this… let's just say wacked out of the universe on the third or second night. And John, the night guard, was thrown into the night shift when Afton was supposed to do it, Because Henry programmed the animatronics to act aggressive, since he thought William was doing the night shift — but John, the night guard, was the one put into the mess.

Oh, I forgot half of the beginning stuff. Afton kills Charlotte, then you are playing as Evan and you see it, then you go tell Henry. After that, your first shift starts.Then the post shift.
