Progress update 3

My inexperience with construct is biting me. Everything I try seems to disable the solid nature of the walls, even when I’m only changing one of the platforms(the jumpables and the solids are in 2 seperate groups)

In truth, it boils down to Construct doesn’t seem to have the capacity for a zelda-esque 2d space with ‘levels’ to go between. If it does, then I’m unsure how exactly to pull it off.

If anyone is well versed in construct 2, and would know how to pull off such a feat as ‘platforms’ without using the physics engine. (Gravity goes toward z, not y, meaning the engine doesn’t work)

For now, the best I can do is submit an update with the option to change screen size, and a controlls menu. It will be crude, but until I can solve this, it will function well enough.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

I created a new character for a small video game I'm planning to make soon. I used Blender, Substance Painter and Marmoset.

An old abandoned potion-shop once belonging to a unknown people of magic and wonders -- that is tucked away from the world. Only to be found by the most daring of adventures setting out to find these remnants of a once great civilization, lost to time.
