Some time after the last update, Pre-Alpha 1.40.0 is finally available to download right now !
This update bring a brand new map expansion as well as some small additions, fixes, optimisations and changes !

The first major addition to this update is a new map expansion ! This expansion has more than doubled the size of the playable area bringing also more diverse areas like a port, a military camp sitting on a beach or a "Central Park-like" area.
I also made an overview video if you want to see more !
Warning: performances in these new zones may not be optimal as some major optimisations are still needed
In this update I also added a small "feedback notification" when the player pickup an item
Finally, I added a new graphic setting "Ultimate" for the best and sharper visual experience (Improved shadows draw distance, better anti-aliasing, sharper effects like volumetric fog, ...)
Changes:
(Map) Updated the scene of the main menu to a new area from the new map expansion
(Optimisation) Optimised the spawn of zombies to reduce lag-spikes on lower-end systems
(Explosives) Projectiles and explosive barrels will now expulse everything simulating physics inside their range
(Explosives) Changed the way explosive barrels deal damages to prevent, for example, taking damages behind a wall
(Explosives) Increased the damage radius for explosive barrels (150 -> 260 units) but reduced the damages from the explosion (65-100 -> 60-90) and the fire (7-10 damages per seconds -> 5-8 dps)
(Zombies) Tweaked a bit the zombies spawner to avoid some zombies to spawn on unreachable locations and fixed some more issues with the zombie spawners which could cause the zombies to spawn on rooftops
(Zombies) When zombies get stuck or are too far from the player, they now get respawned near the player
(Zombies) Improved zombies pathfinding in order to use the jump ability smarter
(Other) Made some slight changes to the brightness during night time
Fixes:
Fixed multiple bugs with the reload system and weapon swaping system
Fixed an issue that caused the player to don't get damaged by Frag Grenades and explosive barrels
The 'alert' sound effect which plays in the last seconds of the countdown to next wave will now also play if the player skip the timer
