(It's going to be a quick one but there's not a lot of evidence to support this one. But it's not really a theory but a character analysis but ok....)

So we know Utnars intentions are eating people but are there others?

I say she can also kidnap people as there is proof of that in EAS.mp4 as she shows the location of her victims.

Also I found out that Utnars is part snake meaning her long tail could be used to probably do some other things.

Utnars can ALSO Channel hop just like Kirk did in Victims.mp4. We can presume that she probably killed off Double D in fadetoblack.avi.

She can also be very manipulative as seen in the Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play Hijacking

She can also DVD hop (like my character Texaton from The Tex Sightings) and I'm pretty sure she can break TVs which is extremely cool!

Anyways I'm all out theories lol it wasn't really a theory but I guess you can somewhat classify it as one! But we probably don't know Utnars other intentions despite eating people. But these are a few guesses based upon what we know so far!
