Cloud 19 was created by Lori itself (A magical girl Oc)
Since Lori's brother pass away, she decided to created a avatar digital video game character. By borrowing her grampa's lab (her father was a scientist also her grampa.)when he was born,Lori's family was concerned about it. They found it like there replacing a son(Lori's parent) that doesn't a bloodline or a soul.
But cloud 19 doesn't bother if he's a replacement or a mistake. He always stay positive and protect Lori whatever he can.
