Project Pixel (Devlog #2)


Hi everyone!

We have successfully made the game look more warm. Now as warm i dont mean that the whole World is burning, no, i mean that we have added Trees in the “Forest” Biome and Cactuses in the “Desert” Biome.
The newest “Version” of the game is 0.7.6

With the Trees and Cactuses the game doesnt feel so lonely anymore. We have also made the Worlds background a little bit darker so the game feels all nice and cozy.

I know, pretty cool stuff. Now, i was thinking about adding some clothing in the future to the game. Those are the “Civilian Jeans” that will most likely be in the game at some point. The whole clothing progress will be really slow since we are working on something else right now. I am already drawing some clothes but the slow part is that i have to draw them over and over again for the animations.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
