Project Regrettably Closed


Pilots,

I have reluctantly decided to halt all development indefinitely of Warhawk.

Combing through all of the feedback and personal accounts with play testers has shown me that the direction that I wanted to go in with this title is no longer feasible.

The mechanics that would need to be changed/adjusted would require an entire rework of the core scripts. These changes would mean a rebuild from the ground up. While I am not at all afraid to start from scratch and put in the effort required to make these changes, I do not believe the game play feedback I have received warrants the efforts needed to continue with this title.

I have learned an great deal from working on this project, especially when in regards to what not to do :)

I will be taking what I have learned and implementing that knowledge into another project.

Even though this title did not receive the feedback I was hoping for, I am still incredibly thankful for all of your criticism, opinions and suggestions. Without them I would still be wandering down a path blinded.

Thank you all for your support, I hope you stay with me in my future titles.

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

OK, this starts to be too tricky puzzle already :D
