'Gay', or 'Homosexual' is defined as having a romantic or sexual attraction to other men, or in the case of women, having a sexual or romantic attraction to other women. This means if you are purely kissing your mates for bonding- similarly to how you may hug your friends- is not gay. The only thing that would make it gay would be if you were to be attracted to said friend.

Along with that, you could even say that sexual acts could be straight, if you had no real attraction & only cared about the pleasure, but that could be a stretch. As such, if you are doing it platonically- similarly to how some cuddle for comfort, or bonding, and not real attraction, it is entirely straight.
