Added new controls menu that shows controls for all the 4 players.
In zombies you no longer infinitely spawn, instead, you need to be revived by your team and if all players are down, you lose.
Added new death screen for the zombies' mode.
Added new Ankle Biter zombies.
Fixed the Colt M1911 projectiles not creating blood when they should.
