The Unwithereds/Pre-Withereds that were shown in myPOPGOES are technically official FNAF content, but only in the way False Freddy and Ignited Bonnie are.
They are not canon to FNAF, nor were they approved or likely even seen by Scott. They are a part of MY story (and Emil's, of course), but not FNAF's!
(I've seen a bunch of tweets and posts talking about this lately, felt it was important to clear up lol.)
