-Changed layout of the CO-OP menu

Added 1 NEW Multiplayer gamemode : 1v1

-1v1 has 2 maps:

Old valley (very open map. Good for sniping)

Pula Bunker (in-door map. More suitable for close combat)

Added 1v1 to CO-OP!

-has the Pula Buker (1v1 variant) map from Multiplayer

(1v1 is a gamemode in which you fight 1 other enemy. You must kill the enemy 5 times to win. This is also the only gamemode in which you will LOSE xp when you lose the match)
