In the trailer, we were shown at time stop 1:01 how Roxy, possibly using her flamethrower in her mouth, sets a building on fire, as indicated by lighting and particles from the fire.

Also, in the trailer, almost no one paid attention to the “bay” (time stop 0:49), if you can call it that, even in part of the 2018 gameplay. In the bay, Roxy lives, and the bay itself is closed, as the inscription on the table says "We're sorry, this attraction is currently closed."

Also in the trailer, and in one of the gameplay videos from 2018, you can see that a large number of fire extinguishers are scattered around the complex, from which we can draw this conclusion.

Perhaps there was some kind of fire incident as soon as Roxy Loxy and Friends Pizza World opened, which is why we see the police in the trailer. This fire is associated with Roxy, which is why she was “isolated” from people in the “bay” by putting up a sign saying that the attraction was not working, and fire extinguishers were installed in case another such fire occurred.
