-minor bug fix& balancing version

-reduce zombies spawning on certain waves

-reduce setting time but lengthening the duration between waves]

-fix the bug that makes the game crash when u die

-fix the bug that makes grave zombies spawn on 9th and 19th wave insted of 10th and 20th

(ok the wave we talk here are small waves)

-fix the bug that sometimes makes cattail's electrical sting stay motionless forever

-balance changing:

-buffs:

-cattail normal sting velocity increased by 40%

-cattail normal sting dmg increased by 33%

-nerf:

-cattail recharge increased by 5s
