Quadra-Card Battle Initial Release


Quadra-Card Battle is now out!

This is the initial proof of concept build, created for #cardgamejam at http://jams.gamejolt.io/cardgamejam/

The game as it stands is fully functional, despite a small known bug (see NOTE)

All in all, my entry to the jam (which I set up myself) has been a large learning process, as I finally began using arrays to cut my code lines down (in one case, from 1000+ to 300ish, not great, but a lot better).

From here, I’ll patch the bug(s) and perhaps add actual visuals to the cards aside from Red, Blue and bordered Blue.

NOTE: Current version has bug with the centre space, which occasionally has the enemy skip its turn. Not the biggest problem to you, but it will be patched as soon as possible.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
