Quick log #3: Personal Landing Gear


Hi! It’s been almost a week since the last post, but we are getting back to it right now and will keep the updates coming.

The last poll we had was about the speed of the Air Jet and that was very close, “make it faster” won barely. We will be speeding it up a fraction, while still maintaining the control.

Next we have another poll for you. This time about the design of something we call “Personal Landing Gear”. Think of something that gets him on the planets and back. Here’s quick sketches of 2 of the designs, which one do you like more?

After we figure out the best design, it will be time to draw the ingame sprite in glorious pixel art!

That’s it for now, on Friday we will have some robots to show you:)

We have a winner for the Landing Gear survey and here's the in-game sprite as well:) This will be the default color scheme, but we will see if it would be possible to include a possibility for player to customize the colors as they want. Cheers!
