do you guys think itd be better if:

the animated backgrounds, avatar frames, and stickers WERENT limited

OR

if the charity and the backgrounds, frames, and stickers were separate (like charity could be for people over 18, and the bgs, stickers, and frames could be for people under 18 (but over 13 since gj age stuff))

im just wondering since theres a bunch of backlash on this event so far
