Welcome to my first devlog for Spoopy Game! (Working title)

++ = Working
— = Broken
** = Planned
+Dynamic inventory with 14 slots
+3 Quickslots, bound to 1-3 number keys, they are the first 3 inventory slots
+4 weapons, the D4-Croft pistol, the HX Fennec shotgun, the Melee Knife, and Metal Tacks (A placeable trap that slightly hurts and slows enemies)
+Player has a flashlight that helps them see but alerts eneemies to their presence.
+Enemies patrol aeas, have a line of sight cone, can see the player’s flashlight, and can hear the player making noice, like sprinting or shooting or looting, and react to it (By running at them wildly, atm)
+Enemies can see loot and decide to guard it instead of wandering if it is valuable (As in, lots of items clumped together, or weapons/ammo)
+Enemies cannot see through walls! and sound is muffled by 80% through walls.
+Food added, heals hunger and health.
+Randomized loot added, can be anything from potato chips to ammo. Weapons are not added as drops yet, working on adding chests/loot crates of higher rarity/value
+LOTS of house furniture/clutter
-Door collision is a little strange at the moment
-Player can push around chairs to make barricades in doors, but at the moment they don’t help all that much, need to make barricades easier, faster to set up, and more useful
**More furniture! (A whole city worth)
**More spooky AI! (Teach them to sneak/stalk. Teach them to burst through walls, teach them to gather hordes and come to hunt you when they’ve lost your trail but know you must still be close)
**Add the random overworld
My immediate goal right now is to pixel art more furniture and building tiles so I can make as many premade maps as possible for a demo.
Currently the player needs to power up generators in each building which clears the area of monsters… who knows what the full goal will be once I have all the systems working
