this is binary, an exe created by me

backstory: binary was a modern virus that got into a game of modern sonic the hedgehog and wanted to do what every evil virus does in the exe community, possess a character, and so he possessed tails.

abilities: this exe has the ability to change the coding of a character and his own to that of other exes and or place and cause pop ups to appear on your desktop

killing method: this exe kills mobians via removing their code, turning them into nothing
