Rance Lee Moorhead, 33, was found dead at his home this month after eating his last chicken bowl of koji furai japanese instant ramen.


Much of what one finds from Japan isn't even specific to koji, but rather other noodles and desserts. So naturally, there was outrage. His family said he had been cutting back on sugar and snacks since being hit by a car, but their exact reaction was only witnessed by his wife's grandmother and brother.
