People have been reporting mysterious things on the TV's in Orlando despite Kirk still bringing contained.

Also ik the Investigation tapes are out of order but not everything is going to be footage. I only have this (Case 25) and The Warden Breakout (Case 12). But due to the date Imma consider Toon Disney Hijacking 2003 Case 24.
