So, I keep seeing people think that in the next chapter, Toriel would be in the Dark World. Well, I disagree with this statement. Remember the ending of C2, right? Kris tries to open a fountain, and we all know that. BUT, I have a different point of view on it.

Like everyone knows, Kris also opens the entrance to his house. Yeah sure, you think that it may be to get Undyne involved, but honestly, I think that he has done that to delay entering the Dark World. Having the door closed would cause it to begin forming, but if left open it'll not form. There are three ways I think it may go:

1) Toriel leaves the house for one reason (likely related to her car) and proceeds to close the door, letting the Dark World FULLY form. Kris and Susie decided to stay home, so they immediately get sent in the new Dark World right as the door closes.

2) Same as the first one, but: Kris and Susie offered to go with Toriel then get bored and decide to go back, OR they go outside for the hell of it (not for Toriel stuff. Wanted to specify) and after some random stuff happening outside they come back to Kris' house (which is now a Dark World entrance).

3) Contrary to what I said in the beginning, Kris' fountain opening shenanigan doesn't work and the Dark World is elsewhere.

This explanation is trash, but it gets the point across. Anyways, that's all.
