If im not recording/publishing train vids for monetary purposes (aka getting money from recording trains) its fine

That stops me from becoming a gamejolt creator but that aint a problem

If I would need to become a creator for some reason I would need a permit from either PKP PLK or every single train operator i would be recording

The classic i cant record strategic objects like military trains etc

I cant record from places meant for workers only like tracks PKP infrastructure etc

I can record from public spaces like platforms bridges crossings pavements g r a s s and all that typa stuff heh
