The one you are seeing in the picture is the design of the game's villain, the "lord mind" or "Dr lord mind"

in creating the lord mind,

Blastermind of the skylanders. that's why he has these 5 crystals on top of his head

and the floating hands are the same experiments he used in boby's mask

in version 2.0 boby was in his village (which was actually his house because before he didn't have much to put but he pretends it was a village) and lord mind before he was called that he was called dr mush, he was a village scientist who helped everyone in the village with inventions that would help everyone there be productive and facilitated

but since then one day he had a mind controller parasite from some galaxy that got into dr mush's brain that made him very dark and more arrogant

everyone in the village saw that he was different and they were scared

(For those who don't know how the elemental crystals was a reference to the sonic the hedgehog which are the chaos emeralds but in the game there won't be this super boby thing or something) lord mind or dr lord mind took the elemental crystals and what did you do a curse that created monsters around the village and expanded to other places even outside the village.

underground, seas, sky, and other places in the world and lord mind had plans to make a monster devouring living beings

that it had floating hands for those who use the mask (which Boby uses in the game) but the project was halfway through, only the function of having strong and floating hands worked

and some villager in the village threw some object in the lord mind that made him drop the mask near a villager and that villager was boby the only one he used who made him very strong and happy
