Treasure Island 2: It's About Time

real talk developing this game was absolute hell

making the framework in the first place was very tedious and frustrating with everything i had to patch out, adding new features was always nerve wracking given how many systems i had to account for, and I was always afraid i would come across my final brick wall

plus something kinda really shitty happened in my life during making the ambushes so that wasnt fun

however. i am hoping that in the end it will all be worth it. i have tested the gameplay loop countless times to make sure it's both beatable and fun. This is the biggest game in my whole catalogue thus far, and I'm hoping that it is not only. yknow. a good game but also serves as a decent enough learning experience for myself when making things in the future

that being said HOOOOH IM READY TO BE DONE WITH THIS GAME!!!!

Made it so that New game doesn't reset your progress and instead created a proper reset button because frankly accidentally resetting your progress in a 13 night game sounds horrifying

Currently working my job at this point in time, so I’ll take what little I have to explain the current level gimmick I’ve been working on; specifically for level 9, the one before the boss

uhhh. in post shift 1's remake im gonna split the office segment and containment chamber sections into part 1 and part 2 (ala its sequel). still working on NN but that's been a slog due to finding yet another annoying bug

bomb works

Added completion rewards to the title screen as well (explanation in article)

got all of vanilla pvz2’s achievements

Time to go back to playing mods and never looking back

Trying to work things out

I at least started doing work today

added completion markers to the extra modes
