Realm of Rulers 0.13.1

This is a very small hotfix patch for some issues that were found since releasing 0.13.

All of these issues were found by the community and have been addressed. If you find any more glitches or issues with the new content or existing content let us know on the forums!

Thank you to all players who test and give feedback! It is invaluable and helps us greatly. We hope you enjoy Realm of Rulers!

Changelog:

Fixed town hall lumberjack counting texts
Tweaked citizen resources distance detection values (ongoing)
Fixed farmers not gathering produce reported by Samsimo
Fixed Steel tools becoming unusable reported by Samsimo
Fixed Tungsten tools becoming unusable reported by Samsimo
Fixed woodworking station spawning too large
Fixed market stall spawning too large
Adjusted AI movement to prevent getting stuck (ongoing)

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
