Realm of Rulers 0.16.1

This is a very small hotfix patch for some issues that were found since releasing 0.16.

All of these issues were found by the community and have been addressed. If you find any more glitches or issues with the new content or existing content let us know here or on the forums!

Changelog:

• Fixed all objects showing destroy interface when clicked using the hammer tool reported by Zéroth

• Adjusted Miner Citizen walk angle to prevent walking onto rocks.

• Fixed Blacksmith Citizen not smithing tungsten into bars
