Realm of Rulers 0.19.1

This is a small hotfix patch for some critical issues that were found since releasing 0.19.

All of these issues were found by the community and have been addressed. If you find any more glitches or issues with the new content or existing content let us know here or on the forums!

Changelog:

• Fixed Outlaws not damaging players

• Fixed Outlaw attack animation stuttering

• Fixed Outlaws raiders not damaging players

• Extended day time amount in day night cycle

• Adjusted rain frequency

• Fixed issue with fall damage instantly killing players on the first jump.
