regarding Translocational(nothing bad, i promise).


i'll only add characters whenever LTMAT releases a new section, if theres characters in a section and ive already included them in translocational, i wont add them.

at the moment, ive only added migratory section 0, section 1 and most of section 2. so i'll have to think something up for translocational section 2.
