It may sound corny what I will say but fnaf changed a part of my life, I became a fan of fnaf in 2019, when I played fnaf I liked it a lot, it became a very original and attractive game to me, from there I played the other fnaf games and then I discovered the amazing world of fangames, being FnaCandy's the first fnaf fangame I played, and then I started to like horror and I played another different horror game and watched movies of that genre, it may sound ridiculous because now everybody see fnaf as ''horror for kids'' but for me fnaf was what made me start to like this genre.

(Yeah, I didn't become a fan of fnaf because of the theories or anything like that).

And about the fandom honestly I have a ''Love-Hate it''

On one hand I like this is the community with an incredible amount of very good fangames and also most of them are made with a lot of love to this franchise, it was the community to have the best fan made songs like the ones from TLT.

And I was able to make friends with other talented developers, normally I don't usually have friendships or stuff like that in real life but somehow I had friendships on discord, even though it's not like a friendship in real life, it's still a friendship (I think so).

What I love most about this community are the fangames, it has from amazing game with 2D art something admirable to game with an incredible potential like The Fazbear Fanverse

The first fangames are the ones I liked the most, the first ones I played like FNaC, Jolly FNwMT, FNaChuck's, Six Horrors, TRTF, ONAF.

FNwMT being my favorite saga back then until, and FNwMT Remastered is and still is my favorite fnaf fangames, and after playing FnaChuck's that became my favorite fangames saga and one of my great inspirations, it may sound kind of weird because usually, almost nobody likes this saga But I am fond of it.

Today's games...I already said it in this post what I think about today's games.

Well on the other hand I hate the fandom because....

It's Full of Fanboy Toxic Kids and Whiners that already insult you for just saying, ''fnaf is boring'', being the Fanboy and Hater the worst of the fandom and always happen very absurd controversies like for example: the red eyes in the movie

And because of these fans is that everybody hates the fandom and people think all fans are the same and insult them for the same.....

It is also full of sick fans and in fangames this unfortunately happens, Look nothing more what happened with Jolly 4, Dormitabis, GSaF.... And others

Proving that this fandom is full of bad or sick people

because of this fanboys and hater issue is that i thought i would stop being a fan because i always see comments saying fnaf is the worst, garbage, their fandom is conformist, and it made me a little sensitive.... and those people who hate the franchise are right, fnaf is a mediocre franchise, its lore is a disaster and its movie is bad.

(being the movie, a lost bet).

BUT

Despite that, I still like FNaF, I like making fnaf fangames, I have fun creating games and I like the world of fangames, Maybe fnaf is a mediocre franchise but in the end it doesn't change anything, fnaf is still the same.

And I tell you if it wasn't for FNaF I wouldn't have wanted to be a game developer, FNaF was that made me create game and it was a great way to learn, I mean, I learned to be a modeler, Programmer up to be Composer, and also this is something I should be proud of because this is something that not everyone can do

Here my conclusion I love FNAF and I will remain a fan until the end, if there will come a point where I stop making games but that will be when I get bored (the normal).

But of all the communities in the fnaf fandom, the gamejolt community is the one I'm most happy with, it's the healthiest community and it will continue to be my comfort zone.

And of course I will watch everything new from fnaf, And thank you so much Scott for creating this amazing franchise, it may be mediocre and its story a mess But Scott still has a chance to improve as a writer, and I wish Scott luck as a screenwriter on the fnaf movies, I know he can make a good story

Thank you so much for everything Scott and to this community for making me what I am now, being a fangames creator has been a dream come true

Here a little message for those fanboys

Don't get angry because someone says they don't like FNaF, Don't waste your time arguing, that already hurts the community and Scott, The best thing you can do is accept it, If FNAF is bad it won't change anything, in the end FNAF is still the same and it's just an opinion, no need to get angry.

It's ok if you like fnaf and if you don't like it it's ok and if you hate it just because of its lore it's understandable, I respect it, Let's respect each other and show everyone that there are good people in the fandom
