Scraggy and his evolution, Scrafty, are everyone's favorite bad guys, but what about meeting the newest bad guys in town? Made for my personal region inspired by Mexico, these guys take on the look of robbers (as seen here in America) more than gang members. Their steel type comes from a very popular type of weapon among the bad guys here, a "homemade weapon," a knife made from tin or sharp materials, usually homemade. The reason I decided to keep their sinister type is because of the stereotypical nighttime robbers around here, hooded guys with blades and a bad attitude. And if Scraggy and Scrafty are based on the baggy pants worn by gang members back then, then I'll take the hoods!

His signature move would be called "steel stab" a move with 60 power and 100 precision, it will never hit ineffectively even with Pokémon that endure the steel type, this is inspired by a stab, which does deeper damage than a normal cut, that's why I decided to give it this ability
