Release Goals

So we have made some goals for when we want release the demo and game. These are as follows:

Start Production-Fall 2018
Demo/Kickstarter-Spring 2019
Full game-Spring-Fall 2020

I’m planning to give myself some time to practice coding simple games before I jump right into the main game. That is why production will not begin until fall. However, my artist will start working on sprites immediately. Starting in fall I will keep you posted on how the demo is coming along. If you would like to play my practice games, I may post them in the devlog. Keep in mind that these are not prototypes of the actual game, and that they are basic creations to merely practice coding. Also, remember that the story in the description is just a work in progress. I hope you enjoy the game in upon release!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
