Happy New Year! As usual, we hope it will be better. Let's take a look back at everything I did in 2022. It was a difficult year, to say the least, so I couldn't release anything new for more than half of the year. Sorry, no way at all.

Fairy Kingdom vs. Vandals
On March Fourth, I talked a bit about the cancelled plot for the third game in the Froggy and Mother-in-Law series. You can find out more about what I covered in this post.
By the way, there's a little fan game from @Mr-Burger that essentially revives this idea.
Simple Battle — Update 2.0
In early January, I suddenly decided for myself to completely redo one old and small game called... Simple Battle. It was its development that prompted me to start a sponsorship on YouTube so I could show off the early workings of the game to loyal players.
The game now has a single-player campaign with 20 levels (including two bosses), several different game modes, and more normal multiplayer (as opposed to the classic version of the game), as well as some sort of character customization.
The development of Simple Battle I thought wouldn't take long, but as usual, it turned out to be the opposite. Anyway, the game was released on April 1. Be sure to give it a try.
Five Nights with Froggy 2 — Update 2.2
On the same day, April 1, an update 2.2 was released for Five Nights with Froggy 2. It brought redesigned graphics, a new Practice mode, and Osipov's English-language voice acting to the game. The graphics have been transformed thanks to @LoreDeveloper .

Mystery Chamber 2015 Forever — Development restart
Sometime in the spring, I slowly continued to make MC2015 Forever. I even made some gameplay videos (they are available in the group in the VK Donut section and on YouTube in the sponsor section). Also, the appearance of the in-game characters has been completely redesigned. The redesigned characters were first shown to sponsors in May, and to the public in late August.
Along with that, @VNG and I prepared the premiere of the first album of the soundtrack for MC2015 Forever, which was held on May 1st.
Although this album is now considered a test album, and so perhaps the soundtrack will be reworked or rewritten. It is not known for sure yet.
At the same time during this period I had to prepare my diploma as I was in my final year of studies, so my activity was reduced at that time. Details about this will be a little bit below.
Five Nights with Froggy 2 — Update 2.3
I started making a patch for Five Nights with Froggy 2 at the beginning of June, but it's resulted in a whole content update. It brings trophies, a new game mode called "Random Night" (available after completing a challenge), a new achievement, and other minor changes to the game. The update was released on June 11.

The beginning of a difficult period
From April to July I had reduced activity, and during that time I did almost no new games or updates. This year I was finishing my last year of technical school, and I needed to allocate time for writing my graduation thesis, as well as for its defense. From April to mid-June I did this, and in the end defended my diploma successfully.
And then, for reasons that are not very clear, I was scheduled to move to Krasnodar. All further time was spent on preparing for the move and, in fact, on the move itself. During this time I was all the more unable to be active enough to allocate time for new projects.
Gathering in Krasnodar
There wasn't really a get-together as such, it was just a mock title of my meeting with key members of the GKProduction community, namely @VNG and @Bigflex. Those who know them, know them. The meeting took place on July 18.
On the Discord server, by the way, there was a stream from the gathering. I recommend to join there, so as not to miss such events, because they take place only there.
FKoKFII: On the Eve of Destruction
This may sound ridiculous, but yes, I have decided to present to the public a reproduction of King Froggold II's Fairy Kingdom territory in the form of a map for the game Minecraft. This map was first released in 2017.
It was decided to refresh the map to attract more attention to it, and, of course, to adapt it to new versions of the game, as before the map update there were problems with it when running on versions above 1.12. The map update was released on July 23.
While the reproduction itself is no longer considered fully canon, the map has content that is not and will not be included in the FNWFroggy series games, so I recommend you explore and even pass this map. The map has some sort of story and is a playthrough map, meaning you have to achieve a certain goal. This map can even be considered a spin-off to the FNWFroggy series.

"Grand Lands" project
At the end of July a special project was organized for Discord server members. It was supposed to last only one month, but it ended up lasting as much as four months!
The project was a game gathering in the Grand Lands. Players were divided into four factions, each of which was sent to a different part of the lands. Each faction had its own characteristics and traditions.
Many different things have happened in four months, and players have had time to do a lot. A culture, history, lore, and memories have developed around the Grand Lands.
Have you read the text above and don't understand what we are talking about? I decided not to reveal too many details about the event, as it ended up being more local. I was happy to spend time with people, happy with what we had and what it came to, but I'll probably leave the details to a more private circle of people, namely the participants of the Grand Lands Project. But if you're still very interested, you can ask about the project participants themselves. You can find them on the GKProduction server on Discord (yes, this is another call for attention to the central gathering point of the GKProduction community, namely the Discord server).
Financial problems and the continuation of the difficult period
There was not much to do in Krasnodar, and I had no desire to do anything useful there. I could not find a good job, and my savings were coming to an end.
First, in March, I lost the main and most important part of my income after Google Play sales in Russia closed, and then each month it became more and more difficult to withdraw funds. I had to open an account with another bank, as my key bank was subject to sanctions; the transfer might not come immediately, or might even go back to the balance in the Google Play Console and Google AdMob.
In short, I was getting less and less money.
When moving to Krasnodar a considerable part of funds was spent. About the same amount was spent on the return move, which was decided after two months of living in Krasnodar. As a result, there were practically no savings left.
In the middle of October I managed to get a job, but I still do not have enough money, I have to pay for accommodation, and I have to eat something. My financial instability continues to this day, so, alas, my activity will be minimal in the coming months.
What's next?
That was the year 2022. And now a little bit about what comes next.
The most I can do in early 2023 is some old projects. I have small updates to do for FNWFroggy, FNWFroggy 2 and Simple Battle, as well as update 1.2 for MC2015 Deluxe. I need more time and stability to develop new games and major updates.
