After giving it some thought, I've decided that Blue Wife and Red Wife were pretty unoriginal and needed a touch up.
Nicotine Wife is basically what Blue Wife was going to be when I first conceptualized her, same general body shape but coloured a pale yellow.
As for Tomato Wife, the original Red Wife was just lazy and boring, so I just made her bulkier and emphasized the hair tufts.
