Reworked Scratching Time HUD, WIP In-Level Timer, (another) B2S Lap 3, and a bit of Carl's Challenge | CC:X! Rework 0.2

google gemeni thinks that shadow, metal sonic, and knuckles won't be in v2 (also yes they will be the 3 new characters)

ported the menu bg from the official code castle christmas update, and made holiday events automated depending on the user's timezone
